aint it weird and EMO! how ppl just drift away from one another?.. in reading everyone else's blog from the sunny side, i've realized something, something that i didnt expect when i was once there. I realized that my friends are drifting apart, drifting into an abyss, an abyss of slumber and misunderstanding, an abyss where you are alone. In good times and bad times it is always good to have your friends around you, living here in frisco made me realize that "I need my friends around me..." but such a thing is just FUCKING impossible since we're so far away from one another. Have you ever felt lonely like i did? felt like goin out of yer mind becoz of boredome? felt ALONE???..well.. i have.. being alone in such a place like this is just so damn SHITTY! the shitty expensive stores, this shitty house, this shitty neighborhood! While all of you drift apart from one another, i'm here living it upa like a mad man, surviving from day to day with school food, and scavenging for food on the weekends. sounds like fun doesnt it..so who's having a good time...you or me??

Ryan's family KIDNAPPED ME!!!... well.. before the kidnapping, it was friday, ryan calls me and tells me that he's in San Fransisco, i was like "yay" and then he told me that he'll try to see me the next day. well saturday came and he calls, good thing i already took a shower coz after he called he said "i'm here already", i was like "wow" and then yeh i was suppose to do my laundry but then i had to postpone that till sunday. anyways i went with ryan, thinkin that i was jus hangin out with him for the day. later on that day, his mom said that "oh ivan's sleeping over" and yeh i was like "whoa really". i didnt bring any clothes and ryan's auntie was like "oh its ok, just borrow some of ours" and then yeh haha i was like "ok then". anyways, ryan's mom wanted me to cook some carne asada for them, she saw the recipe that i gave ryan and then yeh i guess she wanted to see my chef'ing skillz. on that day, we went to the mall somewhere in frisco, it looked just like the malls in san diego, same stores and same ugly people..lol..yeh we went there and spent money on nothing but Mc Donalds..it was fun though..window shopping..like i normally do. moving on... we headed to his uncle's house somewhere in Union City, it was like 40 minutes from my place and yeh it was GheTTo!..haha..but yeh there were lotsa filipinos too, its like mira mesa in a way but yeh we went to a place just like Sea Food City, and yeh bought a bunch of food for the family party, (and yeh haha i'm a part of ryan's family! sweet). and so yeh before the party, me, ryan, marvin (ryan's bro), and noni (ryan's cuzzo) went to the theatre and watched Bad Boys II that shit was dOPE!..you should watch it!!! after that, we had a filipino buffet at his uncle's place, and then i slept over ryan's autie's house. i had a really bad stomach ache that night..omg my stomach was hurtin but yeh it was weird coz i didnt even have any EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA..but yeh i survived and on the next day we got ready for THE FLEE MARKET.. oh how fun..lol..there were lots of USED stuff and yeh all i got was some "NEW" socks..not used lol..coz yeh they were cheap.. the place was like a SWAP MEET or whatevAh..after that we went to an oriental buffet and yeh once again my diet was ruined..lol..i didnt eat much but yeh ryan's mom was tellin me to get more, and i did..i got fruits..lol..and yeh it was good..after that i told them that i had to get home coz yeh i had school the next day and i gots to do my laundry.. they brought me home but first we went to the metreon but yeh we were all broke so yeh haha window shopping ROXXORS!..they brought me home, i gave ryan the doll and the jelly belly thingy for mishoL, and then we said our goodbyes and off he goes to union city. i did my laundry..calld mishol, and then yeh that was it....MISHOL=MISHY..its her new name =D

what's goin on?in this world full of fun with cooking, i've been doin heLLa good! i passed my final test on SAFETY AND SANITATION with a B+ , i was aiming for an A+ however, my lazyness overpowered me but still its passing so i'm satisfied with it. last week was kinda chaotic coz class was gettin harder, making them new sauces is hard and time consuming, and yeh my chef instructor shouts at us and makes us work really really hard. well he says that we should handle such instances coz being a chef in the real world would be tough. tomorow and on the next day would be our finals for our SKILLS class, i'll have to make perfect cuts on my KNIFE TEST and i have to make perfect soups and sauces for my SAUCE TEST. blah. i know i'll pass..these stuff are easy ;D..and yeh thats all for school.

How am I? still the same, bored, kinda fat..HA! yes fat..harrrr.. i walked today, to burn up my fat, and yeh it was fun, walking everyday, harr..i need money..hook it up..i'm broke..miSHelle get that job so you can gimme money..and lots of it ;D..hehe..oh yeh I MISS YOU BEBE!..like supah dupah much!..

so..its thursday..online..at school..library..30 minutes time limit..blah..

how's school?school is fine. i learned so many chef 'ing skills..from making a roux to making a bechamel' sauce..(french terms for sauces).. and other neat things. tomorow i'm having my TEST for my FOOD SAFETY and SANITATION class, hopefully i'll do good and ace it..its an easy class and funny too. my teacher's enthusiasm rocks! anyways, 2 days ago, i was a SOUS CHEF. I got to order ppl around and made them clean up the kitchen. its fun being the BOSS but yeh there's a bunch of hardknock students in the class and yeh ordering them around was pretty scary. but i did.so HA..beat that FooO!..and yeh that was school.

what about frisco? well..frisco is fun, i've been goin around the place by walkin and by BUS..yeh i can roam around frisco on a $1 bus ticket, isnt that SWeET!..anyways, i met this (straight) guy named RICHARD, he's white and yeh he's in my class. he goes with me when i'm goin around frisco. he's a big fan of underground rap and yeh he's introducing some cool underground rappers to me. we went to AMOEBA music store..it was like a huge warehouse full of cd's and music stuff. the cd's were cheap. parker and nathaniel told me about that place and i was intrigued. well after goin there we went to the JAPAN CENTER, it wasnt that big but yeh there were lots of japanese restaurants and shops where they had a bunch of them collectible accessories, but by the time we got there, most of the stores were closed. most of the stores around here closes at 7:30pm on weekdays..blah..plus i'm broke..so yeh haha i couldnt buy a thing..well i'm not really broke but yeh my mom told me to save money and get a job..but once i get a job i swear i'll go on a spending spree!..har har..

what about life?well life is great. i'm more sociable at school, i'm in good health, i'm having a blast learnin how to cook, and oh yeh! i have a CELL PHONE!!..wOooOohoOOo..i actually have my own celly..sweet! i have an AT&T phone and thanks to my MISHy, i can call everyone.*free nights and weekends/free long distance calls/text messaging/more!!!!* haha..yeh i'm proud of my phone..its sweet..if you want to holler at me then yeh leave a message at my taggy thingy and i'll give you my cell number oKEy!..oh yeh i have that SONY ERICSSON T306 phone its a sweet phone..i love it..but yeh i love mISH! more...har har..darn..she's at school right now..i've been talkin to her ALOT and yeh i'm getting to know more and more about her...hehe.. i love it!..thanks mishy for everything..yer the greatest!..

anyways...today and yesterday was pretty cool, i got to learn about the different types of CUTTING, DICING, CHOPPING, etc. skills.. and yeh my chef instructor is COOL, he's kinda rough on us tho but yeh its for our future!..and then uhmm..then yeh i might go for a walk again..i wana time myself from walkin to my house to the mall...so yeh if i get a job in the shopping area, i can set my time and stuff...yeh kno what they say, "TIME MANAGEMENT is the key to success"...

anyways..i jus got a message from mishy and she said she just came from my house, and had her chat with my mom...and yeh i heard they talkd about "NOT GETTING MARRIED TOO EARLY"..lol..MOM!!!...she's weird sometimes..lol..she talks about those things coz she thinks I'm ready to HAVE babies..HA!..hopefully she didnt go into details about those stuff..coz she always does when she talks to me..=9

so yeh..its tuesday, i have school from 12:30pm to 5:30pm, i got my uniforms and books yesterday..omg books..why do we need books in a cooking school..but yeh i have about 2 big ones and a bunch of cook books...well anyways..at school i went to my BASIC SAFETY AND SANITATION class..it was fun..my teacher was really enthusiastic and yeh he made me want to listen and stay awake, i learned about the equiptments around the kitchen and learned about the sources of food borne diseases...after that, i had a tour of the school and it was fun..i saw alot of cooking stations and yeh the place looks nice...after the tour, they gave us our kitchen tools, my KNIVES AND COOKING UTENCILS..i took pictures of them and then of myself w/ my uniform..i look so professional..omg..its like CHEF IVAN..haha..anyways i duno how to post it coz yeh i gots no computer..i'm usin the library computer (30 minutes per use and yeh blah..it sucks!!!)...and yeh i cant send it through here..hmm...i need a computer..if anyone wants to GIVE me one..then go ahead..i'll be happy and i'll cook for you too..hehe...=D...oh btw..i have to wear my uniform at all times when in the CCA school (california culinary arts), i have to wear it to get my free meals, and uhmm to use the library and stuff like that..so if u wanna come over..i'll let you use my uniform so u can eat GOOD FOOD..its like gourmet food..like them french cuisine stuff..omg..i think they cost alot if you buy it but yeh if yer a student its free..and yeh..ME SO HAPPY..lol..but yeh i wont eat alot..i know i'll get fat..and yeh i always have my WALKS...like yesterday..i went walkin to the shopping area..i walkd for about 3 or 4 hours..sight seeing and window shopping..i took a bunch of pics too..but blah..haha..yeh i walked and walked and saw a movie place so i was like..maybe there's an ARCADE place so i went there and yeh i played DDR and the ppl were like WHOA yer good and i'm like YEH..pro ddr chef..lol..and yeh thats how i get skinny..!!!..and yeh my diet for my 1st three days in frisco was all "burgers, subs, mexican food, and chinese food", sucks how i couldnt find any FILIPINO food..grrr..i want some adobo..lol..and yeh blah thats SCHOOL...

anyways..about my MISHy, she texd me in class and yeh omg i loved her text...she was like "i thnk ive totally completely fallin 4u!" and i was like SWEEEET..but yeh i do COMPLETELY LOVE YOU miSHY@!!!!! ever since the beginning, dont forget that okEY!!!...
